Butterworth, Kathleen (Kay) Margaret formally of Victoria, B.C. April 18, 1941 – April 6, 2016, Survived by her husband Paul Butterworth, sisters Phyllis Nicolson and Dorothy Crawford, daughters Lara Spence and Tawnya Schulz, and grandchildren Mitchell, Katie, David and Jessica. In keeping with Kay’s wishes there will be no formal service. Donations can be made to the BC Kidney Foundation.

Respectful, caring, and accommodating

I met Leslie the day after my sweet Dad passed away. She was sensitive, respectful, caring, and accommodating.

The service she gave us from start to finish has been above and beyond, with her personally delivering a second urn to us one year later that should have been picked up by another family member.

I have come away from the whole experience with one final thought, I wish my Dad could have met her when he was alive, he would have enjoyed her too!
